b'SSA CAREER DAYAfter a few delays and changes due to COVID, the Alumnae Board was able to host an in-person Career Day on April 23, 2021. Every year, our Alumnae Board selects women who fulfill the four pillars of Prayer, Work, Study and Community, across vari-ous fields to come speak to the Juniors and Seniors. The goal is to show them possible career paths, along with sharing real life experiences to inspire their young minds. The students were able to choose four speaker sessions to attend. The goal is to get these young women to start to learnabout areas of interest directly from other Alumnae who are working in related fields. You can check out the speakers and their bios on our instagram page @ssacovdove1903. The Alumnae Board is excited to start planning next years Career Day. If you are interested in partici-pating as a speaker, or helping to organize the event, please contact cpicou@ssacad.org.Career Day was a tremendous success with the following panelists:Ashley Culicchia Cash 06, Business Owner, Wedding PlannerJonee Daigle-Ferrand 98, Publisher and Business OwnerGina Gallo 97, Cybersecurity SpecialistMolly Dugger Koenig 02, Real Estate AgentDanielle Mollere Najpaver 04, Physicians AssistantFelicia Garza Schimpf06, Owner, Neat Method, ownerKatie Maher Schmidt 02, VeterinarianDanielle Depreo Somerville 05, Anti-Money Laundering Risk SpecialistElizabeth Joanen Stokes 86, EntrepreneurMary Katherine Taylor 02, US District AttorneyMeghan Tenneyson Ward 05, Senior Manager Data Strategy Operations SpecialistNext YearsSSA CAREER DAYOctober 7, 2021'
